Registration fees, less a $500 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is received on or before February 1, 2017. After February 1, 2017, all registration fees paid toward the 2017 Annual Meeting shall be and become non-refundable and may not be applied to future NAATBatt programs. A registration may be transferred to another employee of a registrant’s employer upon written request and payment of a $25 convenience fee.
Requests to cancel or transfer a registration must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
